Summary of Terms & Conditions

From 14:00 (UTC) on the 20th of July 2023 to 14:00 (UTC) on the 28th of August 2023, entrants must be aged 18 or older with a valid The Sandbox account. The email address used to register The Sandbox account must match the email address linked to the entrant’s McDonald’s Hong Kong App account. Prizes will only be awarded to winners present in Hong Kong.

Prizes

For the "365-day free Chicken McNuggets®," 10 winners will be selected based on their sequence of entry (i.e. the 4th, 14th, 40th, 140th, 240th, 340th, 440th, 640th, 840th, and 1040th players who successfully complete all quests in the “McNuggets® Land” experience).

For the "Chicken McNuggets® (6pcs) Extra Value Meal Redemption Coupon," the first 10,000 registered accounts on The Sandbox who have completed at least one quest in "McNuggets®️ Land" will be eligible to receive a Chicken McNuggets® (6pcs) Extra Value Meal Redemption Coupon.

Each person is limited to one entry and one prize. By participating, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions outlined here.

Full Terms & Conditions

  1. Promotion: The Promotion refers to The Sandbox x McDonald’s Hong Kong® “McNuggets® Land” promotional campaign.
  2. Promoters: The Promoters refer to The Sandbox and McDonald’s Hong Kong®.
  3. Promotion Period: 14:00 (UTC) on the 20th of July 2023 to 14:00 (UTC) on the 28th of August 2023 inclusive.
  4. Prize(s):
  5. Eligibility:
    1. Event A: To enter the prize pool of “365-day free Chicken McNuggets®”, entrants must
      1. Be individuals aged 18 or older;
      2. Be located in Hong Kong;
      3. Be a McDonald's Hong Kong App member;
      4. Have a valid The Sandbox account that is KYC-verified. The email address used to register The Sandbox account must match the email address associated with the entrant's McDonald's Hong Kong App membership registration;
      5. Complete all quests in “McNuggets® Land” experience.
    2. Event B: To enter the prize pool of "Chicken McNuggets® (6pcs) Extra Value Meal Redemption Coupon”, entrants must
      1. Be individuals aged 18 or older;
      2. Be present in Hong Kong to be eligible for the Prize; and
      3. Have a valid The Sandbox account. The email address used to register the Sandbox account must match the email address associated with the entrant's McDonald’s Hong Kong App account.
  6. Winner Selection:
    1. Event A: 10 winners will be selected from all eligible entries based on their sequence of entry. The winners will be selected as follows: the 4th, 14th, 40th, 140th, 240th, 340th, 440th, 640th, 840th, and 1040th players who have successfully completed all quests in the “McNuggets® Land” experience will be designated as winners.
    2. Event B: The winners will be chosen in accordance with the specific criteria and rules established by The Sandbox and approved entities for each campaign.
  7. Maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person during the Promotion Period. No person may win more than 1 Prize.
  8. Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted via the email address associated with their registered The Sandbox account within 7 working days by the end of Promotion Period and may be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winners. Once eligibility has been confirmed, the provisional winners will be confirmed as a winner. If a provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 working days, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.
  9. Prize Delivery:
    1. Event A: The "365-day free Chicken McNuggets®" will be automatically credited as a McDonald's Hong Kong App coupon to the winner's provided McDonald's Hong Kong App account on September 25, 2023. Subject to the Terms and Conditions of McDonald's Hong Kong®.
    2. Event B: Winners will be notified by September 25, 2023 and details of the prize delivery will be announced later.
